i was so confused by the question aswell. That's why i was hoping here would help, but the topic is referring to being a parole board member. So assuming your a member and you need to determine if someone deserves to be put on parole.

I think this is something that depends on the state, since states do parole differently. If this is for a class, you'll probably need to read the chapter in the book and see if they list criteria for getting parole.

II would like to see them on parole bc now they would have to deal with livin life in the free world vs the life they was forced to be in bc they was only kept inside, when that felon is inside it's only about survival and tryin to interact with other individuals with a manner of respect so they wouldnt have to get injured or anything buh in the free world they are free to do what ever buh only thing they wouldnt be able to do certain things on parole
