The coccyx — or tailbone — is located at the base of the birth canal. The baby comes in direct contact with the coccyx when coming out of the birth canal. The pressure that builds when the baby passes through the birth canal can cause bruising, dislocation, or even fracture to the tailbone. So yes, I believe you could break it, just rare.
deadz:
can your hips break?
TheyLuhhJae:
Hip dislocation is rare but possible

The outside can tear.
:(
TheyLuhhJae:
Your perineum is the area between your vaginal opening and back passage (Pie). It is common for the perineum to tear to some extent during childbirth. Tears can also occur inside the vagina or other parts of the vulva, including the labia.
deadz:
omg sounds painful
TheyLuhhJae:
Birth in general is painful, but they do give you drugs to numb that pain.

For the first time you may feel some discomfort, and maybe some pain, depending on how big they are lol.

but whatever that thing is all the way in there the back ig hurts
TheyLuhhJae:
My mother went through a C- Section and she wanted the meds, and well they ask you if you can feel your toes, (to see how numb you are) and she could still feel them, and they wouldn't listen when she told them that, so she felt EVERYTHING. So make sure when you do give birth or do C section, tell them if you can or cant feel the pain, and be honest.
Midnight97:
@deadz well a lot of people ask the same questions but the only way to find out is to give birth or just to ask questions because tbh google doesn't know everything like your mother and father does (:

Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. But when you have intercourse so much, the pain/discomfort will go away eventually.

deadz:
does low estrogen cause pain?
TheyLuhhJae:
If estrogen levels are low and these tissues become damaged, you may experience more friction in your joints and thus more pain. So yeah, it does cause pain if they are damaged.
