Now this is the way to do it without working out. But you have to keep track of everything you eat and write down the calories for everything

Cardiovascular exercise is something you could do. Running, biking, or swimming can also be really effective for weight loss, as it can help you burn a huge amount of calories. You did say in your last post that you are taking walks in your neighborhood which I think is a great start to losing weight.
Just please make sure you are eating enough and your body is getting the nutrients it needs.
I wish you luck with this though, good job xx

Work out Daily every morning stretch go for a 20-30 minute jog, and drink lots of water. eat a healthy breakfast and lunch and dinner eat your daily protein iron and calcium and work out. (I would suggest the abb workout "bicycles" I think its a good one along with other workouts of you choose) and cold showers helps with your growth and its good for skin and hair too.

Well a lot of people wake up early to work out (I'm homeschooled so early for me is 6:30 to go on a run) butt I do not have a daily beauty and makeup routine like most girls because I'm allergic so it frees up more time for my physical well being in the morning and yeah school lunches usually provides nasty foods I went to public school as a kid but I do suggest bringing a ham sandwich and some raisins or protein bars (its probably cheaper than the nasty school lunch anyways)

There are many good workout methods to lose weight, but some of the most effective ones include high-intensity interval training (HIIT), strength training, and cardio workouts. HIIT workouts involve short bursts of intense exercise followed by periods of rest, and they have been shown to be very effective for burning fat and increasing metabolism. Strength training is also great because it helps build muscle, which in turn burns more calories even when you're not working out. Finally, cardio workouts like running, cycling, or swimming are great for burning calories and improving cardiovascular health. Remember to always consult with a doctor or fitness professional before starting any new workout routine.

Just do small exercises and watching what you eat always helps me lose some weight but it also depends on how much you want to lose.
