Yeah, things high in protein & carbohydrates work! For ex Protein: peanuts, almonds, cashews. Carbohydrates: Potatoes, soda, candy. If you drink lots of coca cola it is supposed to help!! I have really high metabolism as well, wish there was more I could say to help sobs.

I am fine my mom took me to the doctor and he said I am extremely healthy

omg, no.. o_O I used to be like you "extremely scrawny" People kept saying I need to eat more and stuff but I was healthy the doctor said I was too and I ate so so much and I could not get bigger and I felt ashamed for eating so so much but then I started working out and I got bigger just make sure you eat a full 3 meals a day and extra protein
