my friends ears are ringing so much, how can i help her fix this? (not a school related question) i'm worried abt her

This could be tinnitus, which can present as ringing or some other continual sound in the ears.

In my experience you can try listen to certain ambient sounds to take your mind off it, such as sounds of a rainfall or fireplace (you can find these on YouTube).

You can also try various other relaxing sounds, such as brown, black, or white noise, it can help to mute out the sound.
