I wanna say it is Contractions of an STD because temporary euphoria would be a temporary feeling of happiness, a decrease in tolerance does not usually occur, the more drugs you use the higher your tolerance gets, and strengthened refusal skills is not bad because that means you have a strengthened ability to refuse the drugs, i believe.
