A rare disease, a silent plight
A struggle faced with all our might
Unknown to most, but felt so deep
A journey that's often hard to keep

A diagnosis that brings such fear
A path that's not always clear
A battle fought with every breath
A journey that's often filled with stress

But warriors strong, we stand and fight
With hope and courage, we shine so bright
Our strength is in our unity
Together we can face any difficulty

So let's raise our voice, let's spread the word
Let's make sure our voices are heard
For those with rare diseases, we stand tall
For we are warriors, and we will never fall.
