Can someone please help me? I've been having so much trouble concentrating and its affecting my grades. I have ADHD and I'm on meds but I zone out frequently. Any tips?

Try increasing your relaxation time every day, also physical activity like walking around helps alot. Just say "hey can I go to the bathroom" and then go on a side quest and come back
