How's this poem?

In the depths of darkness, where sadness resides,
A heavy heart beats, where hope slowly subsides.
Tears cascade like rain, down a windowpane,
A symphony of sorrow, a melody of pain.

Lost in a labyrinth of melancholy thoughts,
The weight of the world, the battles fought.
Each step feels heavier, as if walking through sand,
Searching for solace, a gentle guiding hand.

Memories echo, like whispers in the night,
Of love once cherished, now out of sight.
Aching for a touch, a familiar embrace,
But all that remains is an empty space.

The tears flow freely, like a river's endless stream,
Washing away dreams, drowning in a silent scream.
But amidst the sadness, a flicker of light,
A glimmer of hope, breaking through the night.

For sadness, my friend, is but a passing cloud,
Soon to dissipate, like a mist in a shroud.
Hold on to the memories, both bitter and sweet,
For they shape who we are, as we rise to our feet.

So let the tears fall, let the sadness be,
For in the depths of darkness, we truly see.
And know that you're not alone, my dear,
I'll be here to listen, wipe away every tear.

Some of y'all are very plain with your response. Give more feedback than just 'cool' or 'love it'. It really doesn't help to give the other good feedback on their poem which is what you're supposed to do.

I very much think it's a good poem though. It's a lot more complex and not just a simple poem. Granted all poems are good because poems are a piece of art, and art has many ways to be expressed. So good job on this man. You certainly did well. Keep up the good work and looking forward to reading more ^^
