It's certainly possible. If the outcome of World War I had been different and the Allies had lost, it's possible that the Treaty of Versailles would not have been signed in its original form. This treaty imposed harsh penalties and restrictions on Germany, which many historians believe contributed to the rise of the Nazi Party and ultimately to the start of World War II. If the Treaty of Versailles had not been signed, it's possible that Hitler and the Nazi Party may not have gained the same level of support and power that they did in the years leading up to the Second World War. However, it's impossible to say for certain how history would have played out if the outcome of World War I had been different.
