Use a code editor, this is a little confusing for me :/

Aratox:

Like an actual code display, not something that displays basically only symbols

Fz150:

@aratox The platform is called “fiero code”. It’s used to teach students how to understand the concept of coding through creating games and other various activities. This site is a foundation that appears to use python scripts👀 so possibly it can be imported in a code checker online? I also am aware that these education sites come with guided learning; stating that he doesn’t need help because the sys will tell him what he did wrong and how to fix it anyways🙏

stop coding in scratch buddy learn to type a few lines and it looks way more legitimate from an outside standpoint, even if the code is rudimentary

poopoopeepee:

There is more to fiero

poopoopeepee:

and you can program in fiero all you want, not like it's bad. you just won't be able to put it on your resume *shrug*

ShadowWolf95:

poopoopeepee:

you can pick any startup that wants to teach kids code it's gonna be a good introduction but you'll want to move on to more advanced things sooner or later

poopoopeepee:

anyways if it makes you happy by all means continue, just know that it's a starting point and not really intended to produce anything useful besides teaching you introductory material

I am just doing the kiddy stuff because why not so please stop hating, have a good day and God bless you

poopoopeepee:

lmao i ain't hating. we all have to start somewhere. i got introduced to programming through scratch which is based on the same visual blocks as the code blocks you're working on.

poopoopeepee:

but unless you can install and run python packages through a virtual environment with syntax completion i wouldn't say the python IDE you have there is anything except for a fun toy

I got introduced to code from a Lua IDE on my Nintendo DS. Forget how I even ended up finding that... lol. We indeed, all have to start somewhere. It's all a matter of wanting to take it a step behind where you start. If you have that drive in you to actually make something.
