Define love?
What is love for you ?



For me love is a commitment, where you have to love the particular other even when you dont feel like. Even when things go rough and tough You stood side by side, holding him/her hands standing tall. Love is a mixture of compromising and changing for the better good.


but nowadays ppl call it a burden to love sum1 when u dont feel like. Ppl often say if you have to change yourself its not love or why compromise, one should learn to accept the way you are.

To me, love is about becoming the right person, not finding the right person. You have to be honest with them because that's the person you'll spend the second-greatest amount of time with (aside from yourself).
Gen Z made it so that there would be no commitment to the other person, that's why it's hard enough to find a good, long-term relationship nowadays. It's hard enough to find even one person to date... the right person? You can forget about finding them. We, humans, have just imposed so many standards upon love that we cannot even do something without getting criticized for it.
Me personally? I've been searching for the right person my whole life, I still haven't found them. I guess that I'll find them within the next few years, although my definition of a "few years" may differ from others' definitions.

mmm I feel like everyone has there own type of definition of love for me I'd say love is when u just have that connection with someone when its like u can tell each other anything and never be ashamed of what it gives off to others. when what other ppl think or see doesn't matter beacuse u have that one person that makes everything bad in ur life feel complete when u have a reason to live to love to enjoy urself its when u can smile,cry,laugh with someone and know there that person

To me, love is when you have that one person who is always there for you, no matter what. Love is something you can't take away from a person, but something you can give. True love is when you are there for a person even though that person isn't there for you. Love comes in many different forms, such as in a romantic relationship, friendship, or even within a family. Love is a powerful emotion that can break you when the other person doesn't love you back. So, sometimes you just have to be careful with love because if you're not, you might end up loving for no reason. That's what love means to me - you have to be careful with it.

To put it simply, it is complex, it is different for everyone.

I see love more as an experience, you get to learn about yourself and the other person simultaneously. You get to experience moments of sorrow, happiness, and so forth with another individual.
Though this might be where I drift a bit from accepted norms; I don't think it's about spending every second/day with them, and being 100% compatible on everything. It's more about compromising and being able to adapt to said differences. Finding someone who is willing to accept and work with you on things. Basically the one and only best friend you need.
As opposed to today where some tend to leave at the slightest hint of conflict, just because they think they have "options."
