If you're using a content editor, I suggest using Pixlr Express to edit what you're making. It has a wide selection of editing options, and if you dislike it, it's always free, so you don't have to pay for something you don't like.

Hm, alright.. Do you know any other apps/websites that I can use as well to just draw? I can make things like this on Kleki, so I want something that can do things like it (blending, blurring, etc) and maybe a lttle more?

Blending and blurring are supported on Pixlr, it's a pretty advanced image editor. If you need any help setting up, I'd be happy to help you via DMs.
