happy
what is happiness?
i never really knew the true meaning of happiness
everything is fake
i'm fake
this world is fake
my "happiness" and "smiles" are fake
i never knew happiness, i may say i'm happy but it's all a facade, no one can see what i feel inside
i'm depressed
the thoughts are back
the urge to slide a knife across skin
to taste my blood, to see it run
i wish i knew what true happiness felt like

Understandable we get that way time after time but just do your best to keep your head up, cuz I know things can get tough in life. Just do your best to keep fighting those demons I know they aint hard to beat but I know you can do it if I can fight my demons then I know you can

I didn't find happiness until I learned that everyone was also sad. Sometimes you have to just stop and love the little things. The sun, animals, flowers, nature sounds, human beauty, our flaws, grass; the world around us is so beautiful and full to the brim of good things. It's alot harder to stop and appreciate life but once you do I garentee you'll be happier

If that's a lot to handle for you then I'm glad it is. No one has just a switch they can flip on and off that makes em happy or sad. You acknowledging "axie that's hard to do" is WAY better for you then blindly being oblivious and ignoring your problems. It's not going to happen over night, probably not even over a few days. It took me months to a couple years to learn this,.
