I would say yes but if you are going too then keep it as a light workout so you don't hurt yourself and it wont make you hungry or thirsty.

If you mean a fasted workout, then you *could* but it depends on the individual honestly.
Personally, I used to do 5 am workout sessions while fasted for years. It worked for me. Though it wasn't great if the preworkout didn't agree with me lol

Oh ok. I'm kinda worried though bc if you workout hard you need to feed your muscles with protein but if.you don't eat I'm just wondering how that works

There's a couple ways you could read this but if it's what Luigi interpreted as then the answer is definitely yes, but that comes at a cost.
If you can't fit your workout realistically anywhere else into your schedule except when you're in a fasted state, then obviously go for it. Something is better than nothing.
There are definitely drawbacks, such as energy levels. For example, I like to workout after I've had two small meals, so I can rely on the energy I got from them. Then as Lui mentioned, if you use preworkout, taking them on an empty stomach can feel weird.
Still though, working out fasted means your body is not spending energy also digesting food. You will also draw more on fat stores than digested food in your bloodstream, so it can be better for your physique. This isn't ideal though if you're doing an intense workout, as your body prefers glucose from a meal for this kind of energy output. There are also some concerns of your body turning to your muscles as a fuel source in these cases.

Yeah in short, I'd say if you can help it, don't do it. Maybe fit a small meal in, carbs and some protein, take a walk to digest it faster, then you can do your intense training.
If you're just doing some steady training like going for a jog, not a big deal to do it fasted imo. I do my morning cardio fasted all the time.

Oh okay so with the type of workout info I do t think it would be a good idea over other day I workout moderately but the other days I workout to the point of muscle failure. I think small meals would probably be best

Yeah I personally do the small meals for so many reasons. For example, your body can only mobilize 25 grams of protein PER MEAL for protein synthesis. So if you're only eating once a day, that's brutal for muscle growth.
