Watch the video for reference 🫠I don't think I can get any faster

The best way to improve at anything is practice, so obviously more typing.
Other activities that might help is more reading + writing, as the better your vocabulary and understanding of language, the better you'll be able to read and process the words to then type.
Also juggling. No I'm not kidding. Juggling will increase your brain's neuroplasticity and grow grey matter. It's a proven way of increasing the brain processing speed (basically a brain exercise, which reading and writing are similarly also).

I average around 150-160 WPM. Based off your current typing speed (which is already above average), any adjustments you make to your technique are ultimately going to be minuscule. Just keep going at it and try to knock off any habits that cause you to lose speed.
Ultimately I’d prefer to have a slightly slower WPM but a higher degree of accuracy.

Uhh... my stats on the website that I used in the video are here, and according to my calculations (as every race is about 30 seconds long), I've typed for approximately 4.79583333 days straight...

Wow, you actually type as fast as one YouTuber who's videos I watch often... his handle is @nothisisjohn . Hope I can become as fast as you one day, and thank you for the tips! (By the way, what layout do you use?)

I use a traditional QWERTY US keyboard. I’m not too sure if keyboards make a big difference but I am using a SteelSeries Apex Pro at the moment.

I use touch typing, which basically means that I use all of my fingers, and my starting point is the homerow. Thanks for the tip, though!
