Not a bug, even if you do not have sub, people who do have it can still invite you to their GC and it'll be there.

Just wanted to give that person a heads up since that is how my other account got banned. Some people hacked my account and was sending things they shouldn't so my other account was banned.

i was invited to like 4 other gc's when i had sub

All the group chats you were currently invited into, you should still have. However, upon losing yours or another user losing their subscription, their/your group chat will disappear. Because their sub is no longer active.
