I don’t mean to be annoying but i couldn’t but notice
You have very pretty chocolate brown eyes and the sparkle keeps me on notice
You have the most pretty and dark lashes ive ever seen
Do you use makeup just to keep your eyes from shining so bright?
I would need not even a map but a navigation system if i stared for too long
Ide get lost too fast
Do you hate them?
Do you criticize every little thing about yourself that no one else notices?
I know I do, I know I do.

God im annoying but i couldn’t help but notice
I was sitting across the room and your smile was blinding
Are you aware that your beautiful and i'm not just saying that
I'm actually in love with the way your smile lights up a small room
It can’t be a large one because then i'm not focused
Ide take in all your beauty and not be able to notice
When you laugh you sound like an angel from space
It echoes in my head and it shows on my face
Maybe i'm wrong, and maybe you're right
But your smile is what's keeping me up at night

I don’t mean to focus on only the little details
But if I look at your eyes then mine become unfocused
If i look at your smile then mine goes away
God your so perfect but ill never say
I only write these poems as a coping method today
I hope we can read them when we are in love one day
Or maybe we both are over thinking and will never say this
