I hope you do not mind me interrupting. If you really wanted to learn and understand the question properly, here is a simple explanation, young anakin. Basically the question says: \(70-4x\) is what the question is asking, which represents the number of people that are in Classroom A. If you would see the provided equation, this is on the left side of the equation. \(30 + 4x\) is the the number of people that are in Classroom B after the switching. So now, what does x represents? It represents the number of groups (number of 4 people being sent to another class). Since the equation is already given, simply solve for \(x\) \(70-4x = 30 + 4x\) Move same coefficients to the same sides, you will get: \(70-30 = 4x + 4x\) \(40 = 8x\) I am guessing that you can solve it now from here...
