What do you guys think about this poem I made?

There once was a Cupid above in the cloud,
Scanning the earth for a crowd to wow.
Along came a heart, with a soul in tow,
Glaring like foes with nowhere to go.

With a joyful flick, Cupid descended to play,
And with a gleeful shot, he brightened their day.
Together once more, the heart and its mate,
Promised a future decidedly great.
