so basically the German army sis lead a strong attack into Soviet territory. Though a strategic counteroffensive by Soviet forces flanked. Basicaly the Soviets surrounded alot of German troops. Which eventually forced the German to surrender.
so I would say Russian and British troops because they lost the battle due to a troop battle.
Because they were surrounded by troops that's how they lost
Because if they were never surrounded by the troops they did have a very coordinated attack they would have won.
But because the soviets counter attacked them by surrounding them with their troops and basically forced the german to submit and admit defeat.
