That's why I think it's B to say "Thins is their favorite curst, and pepperoni is their favorite topping" also uh not sure I know that ~ means to negate which just means the opposite of soemthing

then its a, because thin being their favorite is p, so to satisfy the equation p must be negated to be thick crust. q is pepperoni as a favorite, so q remains the same. The conditions are that it is thick AND pepperoni, so it has the regular v.
