I do that often but not to where I lose my reality. But I sure do think a fat ton. Usually about what I plan to do in the future or like you said, in my imagination world (which honestly consists of a bunch of fictional crap that I wanna make a movie/anime out of later in years). But the more I read what you're saying the more concern i have for you lmao.
