Why has my stomach been cramping so bad? I've been being healthy and eating/drinking properly. I've been on my monthly thin already so not even in the opinions. Soooo uhhhh why? Someone explain please.

To be honest, if you're a girl, which I'm positive you are it can be start of cramps. Which is a sign that your period may be starting soon. You could also be constipated. There are many ways to get this solved though. If it's your period I suggest putting a warm water on your stomach. If it's constipation then drink coffee, pickle juice or look sum other remedies up.

Ive been having cramps too, but not going on my period. I've been experiencing a lot of pain in my lower stomach area. but its after i eat. so i think it has to do with constipation

I have gotten the stomach virus in March and ever since then I have been having really bad stomach pain and it ain't my period nor constipation, I have went to the doctor and he said that it might be my kinleys messing up stuff, so I you have been having this stomach pain for more than 3 weeks, I would go to the doctor to see what it is
