yes. pencils stopped having lead in them in the early 90s i think

You'll be alr, pencils are made of granite now. Do wash the wound carefully and put a bandaid on it to prevent an infection though :3

Depending on how deep the led got - it would be probably be something needed to be checked out... if it's not deep then - you should be fine -
