I've been trying to figure out how to keep my anxiety in control please give me some advice on that.
focus on the good things in your life. Listen to music. Try to not let the anxiety take control. What ever you find relxing you could also do that. like drawing singing etc.
I like singing but mainly writing
You could always keep a journal where your write anything/everything that's on your mind. Just so it's out in the open for you. This might even help in making you realize how some things are just not worth stressing over. Music wise, it might help to listen to something that describes your situation. This will help is releasing some of those similar feelings if you sing out loud.
get one of those squishy ball things you can squeeze it when needed, trust it works
Don't even try to talk to your friend anymore huh
Just do what you enjoy and leave the things you hate

honestly you shouldnt try to keep it contained. let it out, and youll feel better. hold onto it, it just stays with you, and it wont help you.
