Just for reference I'm a male so hope you notice 😂 Actually, if we did have rules set prior to a criminal offense, it would keep equity and fairness within the criminal system, as the same punishments would be handed out to both men and women. In my eyes, this is fair because no one with money or power higher than that of the other person can "win" in this case - punishments set prior to crime would apply to everyone, even those with higher power or more money than others.
