u need to eat still a pretty good bit if u wanna workout not recommended not to eat very little. you have to feed your body for one then add exercise on top of that your body will need more

Barely eating isn't healthy! If anything that can make losing weight even more difficult!! You need to make sure you eat three meals a day and make sure they are low card and healthy, start setting a time limit from 9am- 7pm after 7pm cut off eating foods!

Tbh just eat the amount you need, don't over eat, put in a lot of exercise like 2 hours a day 2x7 = 14 hours per week. And eventually in 1-2 months you'll see a big weight loss.

Lemme add on to this, basically your stomach doesn't wanna do anything because it's tired. Just like humans we need sleep so our stomachs need food to do stuff.
