In the mornings gentle light , I wake
With a sense of joy my heart does quake
For today holds promises, bright and true
A canvas of moments fresh and new

While the sun peaks through the curtains
Inviting me to embrace the day
Birds outside sing sweet songs
Their tunes of happiness, a perfect greet

I have a smile on my face
Ready to seize the day that is full of surprises
Each step I take a dance in stride
At this moment I choose to abide

The air is crisps with the sky so blue
Natures beauty a, breathtaking view
While I breath it in I feel alive and free
Grateful for all the surrounds me

In every task I find delight
As positivity fills me with it's light
Challenges are but opportunities in disguise
To grow, to learn and to reach for the skies

And as the day slowly fades away
I reflect on the joy that came my way
For today wasn't just any day
It was a gift in every way
