any good health foods to lose a weight for a big back?

BeautyQueen:

yea I heard asparagus is a really good fruit for you also fruits with natural sugars is good aswell

BeautyQueen:

for me I like to make smoothies with the frozen fruit u buy at the stores and I like to mix some beets with it and it's really healthy

BeautyQueen:

Also dragon fruit, mangos, and cherries helped me loose weight alot also but it's important to emember you need to loose more energy than u consume

BeautyQueen:

so you cat eat like 2,000 cals and only loose 1,000 cals you need to loose for energy than you consume in order to loose weight so how I did it was I would go on morning runs for a hr in a half then come home and make a smoothie and that would be my breakfast and once in a week for breakfast I'd make eggs and bacon and for lunch it's a fruit and I try to have a light dinner also I work out 2x a day so ya I hope this information helps :)

To lose weight and target the back area, incorporating a variety of nutrient-dense foods into your diet is essential. Focus on lean proteins such as chicken, turkey, and fish, as well as plenty of fruits and vegetables. Incorporating healthy fats from sources like avocados, nuts, and olive oil can also support weight loss. Additionally, whole grains like quinoa and brown rice can provide sustained energy for your workouts. Remember to stay hydrated and consider incorporating foods that are high in fiber to help you feel full and satisfied.

1. **Berries**: Berries like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries are low in calories and high in fiber, making them great choices for weight loss. 2. **Apples**: High in fiber and water content, apples can help you feel full and satisfied, reducing the urge to snack on unhealthy foods. 3. **Grapefruit**: Known for its metabolism-boosting properties, grapefruit is a great fruit for weight loss. It can help control appetite and regulate blood sugar levels. 4. **Avocado**: While technically a fruit, avocados are rich in healthy fats that can help you feel full and satisfied. Just remember to consume them in moderation due to their calorie content. 5. **Pears**: Pears are rich in fiber, which can aid digestion and promote feelings of fullness, helping you consume fewer calories overall. Remember, while these fruits can support weight loss, it's essential to maintain a balanced diet and regular exercise routine for long-term success. Consulting with a healthcare provider or a nutritionist can also help you create a personalized and sustainable weight loss plan.

There's these green juices you can make, they might not be the best tasting but they're good for keeping a healthy diet/losing weight. Usually just green vegetables, such as cucumbers, spinach, celery etc and sometimes adding lemon or a sweet fruit will make it taste more appetizing.

Actually, veggie straws are only slightly healthier than regular chips, and they taste inferior. Just go for potato chips if you're going to eat veggie straws.
