I'm thinking about asking my mom if I can move in with my big brother. He's offered to let me stay with them because he has a newborn baby. I'm confident in my ability to take care of babies, and they have an extra room. Moving in with them would also bring me closer to my dream college and better schools, but I'm still unsure about whether I want to do it or not.

i think from a budget perspective this is a smart choice. Make sure to calculate the cost of ur commute before you fully commit though. Weather that be uber, the bus, or gas/insurance its still an expense you need to cover. I'm sure they won't matter you eating their food but also remember toiletries and creature comforts (chocolate or something once in a while that makes you happy).

It is in San Francisco, so there should be trolleys, which I think are free, so I should not have to worry about that. You're right about the creature comforts.
