What are some good workouts to get abs

Crunges,sit ups,planks,Russian twists etc etc

^Those are good ab exercises but there is sort of a misconception about abs. Everyone 'has' abs. You *can* make them bigger by exercising them, particularly through hypertrophy training. But the largest gamechanger for ab definition (you can see them) is lowering your body fat percentage. Preferably you do this in a healthy way, but burning more calories than you take in each day will show your abs more (for most people). Working them out is obviously still good.

He is correct everyone gots abs just what ur meaning is how to build them up and those are th exercises there are alot more tho I workout out alot so yeah I'd know 😂🤣😂 then again there new workouts everyday that i don't know so like we said there's alot

Sit ups is something i do, not to get abs but to stay fit

sit ups is the most common one, although it might take awhile for the abs-look to kick in. You'll have to constantly keep up with the exercise

sit up, planks, pretty much any abdominal exercise (just had to say that as i typed that I had an ad for McDonald's now idk why that's significant but it is bc)

like shadow said but you also shouldn’t just focus on one part of the body but also working w your byceps forearms quads calf’s back etc etc and also keep a good diet and getting enough carbs and protein
