ima be honest I typically just listen to blaring music, it fixes everything for me, don't ask
I also get headaches from getting up sometimes, so maybe try lying down, and probably hydrate too

yeah that almost always works for me. music might not help you though, it's something that helps me a lot but it might still help ofc. hydration is pretty important, and rest could help some too
