Is it bad to have dry skin on your upper eye

um most likely I have never heard of dry skin above your eye. Maybe get it checked out or get something to help it so its not so dry. It might cause damage to the eye if not treated properly if it is something severe.
I did some research and this is what I found:
The main causes of dry skin anywhere around the eye is most likely because of aging or the weather. It may also occur due to various skin conditions, such as eczema, contact dermatitis, or conjunctivitis.
