I have been having breakdowns randomly and eating less bc I'm "not hungry" and I've been excessively tired out of nowhere my energy drops and I've been getting mad for no reason could my depression be playing a part and should i seek help

Another way to approach this could be that your lack of food intake is contributing to your depression/moodiness. Lack of food also has the side of effects of fatigue. So even if you're not hungry, eating something at least could lessen your depressive symptoms and other problems.

Definitely try to eat, and if you can't that's when I would tell an adult so they can get you to get helped, be careful please!
