Subshilava:

Has anyone actually done dual enrollment and how hard is it? Is it worth it?

AcornTheNut:

yes, people have done dual enrollment, and yes, the classes, assuming they are college/university classes, would be pretty hard. I would say it's worth it if you want a better shot at getting into a college/university, and I think it would also look good on a resume D:

Alexis1415:

I agree, it is worth it, if you do take it, it also can help you graduate earlier. It gives you a lot of extra credits and experience.

So I was talking to someone I’m going into 11th and she said it would be good to do it the second semester and then whole senior year would that be reasonable with having two EOC’s?

Subshilava:

And if you’ve done it is AP and easier than it or is dual enrollment classes easier because I took AP psychology and it was ridiculous the amount of writing I had to do.

It would be reasonable, it shouldn't be too much extra work, you can choose to do a class or classes online, or at a local school. Whatever they provide near you. And I'm not sure if it's easier than AP but it might be, You get to choose your classes I'm pretty sure, so it depends on the level or whatever you choose. My friend took dual enrollment junior year and graduated junior year as a considered senior. If they have options or you fill enough credits I am sure you will be able to graduate junior year instead of senior year. But I am not 100%.
