what to do if I'm having an anxiety attack
1. take a cold shower or bath 2. drink low - mid hot water 3. read a book ( it focuses your mind and senses on the same thing) 4. stay away from anything cold 5. eat something bitter or overly sweet

i have autism and adhd and i have panic attack / anxitey attacks sometimes but not offten
i since i habe autism i cant handle loud noises
so when it gets really out i get overstimualted and i put on my headphones and go non-verbal
it helps me focus on me and my breathing and if its realky bad i would hid in the bathrooms :)

First off panic attacks are caused by stress soon stay away from something stressful always understand that you have people even if it don't feel like it what you can do is take a cold shower but that only soothing you're head soon it should help
