hey, to whoever reading this . how are you? i hope you're doing amazing, because you deserve it. this year's been tough, i know. but you're here, no matter how many times you thought you might not make it, and no matter how far away it used to feel. and i'm so incredibly proud of you for everything you've done this year. even if nothing comes to mind, you've made the world a better place just by being here. and no matter how likely you think this new year is to be just as difficult as this past one has been, just remember that the chances of this year being better are the same. from my little corner of the world, i'm cheering you on! hoping that day by day things get a little better for you. please don't be afraid to cry, to have feelings, to be vulnerable. you're safe here, in this moment, even if you don't feel safe to show your true self anywhere else. i hope you find a place you feel safe to be yourself, and to find out who that beautiful person even is. i hope you learn to love yourself as much as i love you: unconditionally. you've done nothing to earn my love, and yet i love you so so much. you are enough, i promise you.
