A poem for my love In shadows deep where echoes fade, A heart once lost, now bravely stays. For love that's wild and dreams untamed, I’ll battle storms, though skies are frayed. Through tempest harsh and winds that howl, I’ll journey far, through darkened scowl. With every step, with every plea, My soul will fight to set love free. With hands that tremble, yet hold tight, I’ll face the fear, embrace the night. For in your eyes, a beacon’s gleam, I’ll chase the dawn, fulfill the dream. No wall too high, no ocean wide, Will keep me from your loving side. For love’s a flame that burns so true, I’d fight the world to be with you. So when the dawn breaks through the fray, And battles fought become the day, Know in my heart, through every scar, I’ve fought for love, just as you are.
