You can get a staff role when they tell us there are staff roles open. or if they see ur a good user they might give it to u. But I'm pretty sure that u can't have warning at all or u can't get staff roles

The staff here on QC got their respective positions by applying for them with full legal documents when the applications were open. I don't believe that you can apply for staff at the moment, although if you try applying I suggest being relatively high-level, as staff should be relatively experienced with QuestionCove's mechanics. Also, it depends on the amount of disciplinary actions that have been taken against you recently - for example, if you have been suspended a few times recently, this will degrade your chance to become a staff member. I'd say just stick to the rules, be active, and you should be fine.
