Some places are different but still fit into the category.

thats literally racist/stereotypical. if you go to the bad parts of LA, you will see latina/latinos, asians, and white people all in the hood, literally every state/country is different. also mainly to live in the hood means in a more poor, broken, high crime rates city/town. that could possibly be anywhere, with any race.
