There's really a whole lot that can be mistaken for love other than list, there's infatuation, could just be bored, it could be because u find comfort in that situation, or because it makes it easier, n just because it's visually reciprocated between both parties doesn't mean both parties are experiencing the same, one might love while the other is infatuated, or any other combination.

I think its both but more of love bc when you truly love someone you don't love them for nothing you love them bc you care for them at any time and at any moment and want them to feel loved and appreciated. lust comes after while being with the person after a while.
