if you wanna gain weight then try to eat foods with high calories like grain foods (pasta, tortillas, rice etc.)
ik this is bad to do but I gained weight a few years ago by being eating while watching tv, meaning you eat like half a bag of chips during one sitting and not just a small bad but a big giant bag, that was bad for my health cus I need to lose weight and not gain weight but if you wanna try any of these them more than welcome!
