It's bad, don't emotionally shut yourself down, in worse cases it can lead you to depression.

it isnt really good, but it isnt necessarily bad either. you can shut yourself out to try to protect yourself, which may be good, but you might also be closing out anyone and anything who might want to help you. i get it if youre struggling, cause i have too, but i know from experience. it might make you feel better, but in the long run, you need to stay connected to the people who care about you. <3
