NaiNoah:

What's the fastest way for muscle growth if you ain't skinny but not overweight

PureSoulless:

Do push ups and sit ups nightly, you can also do it daily but I prefer nightly since you can get some good sleep. And I would recommend drinking protein before you sleep.

One of the most important things is sleep/quality of sleep. You can break down the muscle all you want, but if you don't give it time to recover, it won't matter. It might actually lead to injury at some point. But muscle building is primarily dictated by your genetics.

Harmonic:

i mean with that profile picture you must be over weight IM JOKING

CherryLover:

add more protein to your foods because protein makes you gain muscle but also go to the gym because if you eat protein without going to the gym you won't gain muscle. also do some excessices because that can also make you gain muscle.

CherryLover:

also make sure to not over exercise because you can get hurt and get stretch marks

AngelOfLight:

To build muscle fast, lift weights try to focus on squats and bench presses. Aim for 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps. Eat enough protein (like chicken and eggs) and get good sleep. Stay consistent, and you should see results! 💪

Steroids is wild. Lol

NathanMcLendon:

I would drink a good amount of water, because water helps with muscle growth. Also, do stretches before and after every exercise
