There are apps you can use to learn languages like Duolingo which is free or you can pay for a real class to learn a language

if ur planning to move to another country with a different language its important to learn the language officially and not through some people online. i'd suggest to Google if your city has any programs that offer Korean for beginners for a reasonable fee. or if you want to go the hard way download an online app and practice through there.
