Why are you able to comment on closed posts? It makes so sense whatsoever, because if a post is closed that means;
1. The question has already been answered, and does need further comments.
2. The post was taken down for not following the posting rules, so why would you need to comment on that kind of post?
So looking at this there should be no reason to be able to comment on a closed post. Can someone provide a reason of why you can?

If the rules weren't followed, the mods/ambassadors usually close them down. completely.
