It might just be asthma attacks, so if you have an inhaler I'd say that you should stop what you're doing and take a breather

I don't have my inhaler with me when I moved I didn't bring it I forgot it

from a person who had asthma, you can just go see a doctor and ask to get medication and an inhaler prescribed to you, and if you take it on the times that you are supposed to, then it should get better or even at one point just go away
