guys.....Am i crazy for calling an ambulance for a student whos throwing up blood cause my coach is saying give him anti-nausea meds and send him on his way but i feel like sum else could be wrong and just want to makes ure.

my coach was like no just give him anti-nausea meds but hes puking blood so for all ik ther could be internal bleeding and that could kill him.
