Why is a hypothesis useful even if it is proved wrong?

Cause it provides valuable data even if its not right/ what you expected. It's a step into the right direction if yk what I mean

maybe they cant get it from Google that's why they asked? also what does it matter where the answer is from. when its right its right

Also one more thing a hypothesis that is proven wrong is called a failed hypothesis so this also helps with collecting and providing evidence as well 🙃

Like I said before if he or she wanted an answer from Google they would have got one their selves. Maybe the Google portion of it didn’t make sense that’s why their asking U for help not Google

maybe in some schools but not at mine. also I restarted what I read from Google so I don't think it really matters
